Some Japanese version PC games may also have a region checker. This can be bypassed by installing the Microsoft AppLocale program.

 

1. Download AppLocale from Microsoft

2. Install AppLocale

3. Launch AppLocale

4. Select game application

5. Select Japanese language

6. Finish AppLocale

Setup dialogs may be in Japanese, but it is easy enough

Extract files from MBACF.ISO

Or Mount Image MBACF.ISO

Run Install.exe,
